The responses are then aggregated with input from the Blue Ribbon Panel of industry experts and mThink’s own research. They have also learned to survive and thrive in an ever-changing and incredibly competitive environment, so they are without exception run by smart, effective leaders. 1	Rakuten Affiliate Network GO TO WEBSITE		Rakuten Affiliate Network wins again, but this time by a clear margin. The consistent investment in technology and people seems to be a winning formula.
2	eBay Partner Network GO TO WEBSITE		eBay Partner Network is incredibly well-respected by people who know the performance marketing industry. A great network.
3	ShareASale GO TO WEBSITE		Moving up in the ranks, ShareASale is proving to be a stable network with a solid history.
4	Avangate GO TO WEBSITE		Avangate has been growing fast over the last few years and is our most popular “digital downloads” network by some margin.
5	CJ Affiliate by Conversant GO TO WEBSITE		A top tier network that dropped back a little this year. We hear grumblings about their tracking even though technology is normally a CJ strong suit.

9	LinkConnector VISIT WEBSITE		A terrific range of trusted brands and a focus on proprietary technology has bumped LinkConnector up on our list.
10	AvantLink GO TO WEBSITE		Tied with FlexOffers. Both are great networks and were neck and neck. Avantlink remains stable and professionally operated with a great business model.

13	Impact Radius GO TO WEBSITE		Run by legends of the industry, with top-class technology and great results. Well worth their inclusion.
14	GlobalWide Media GO TO WEBSITE		GlobalWide Media (formerly Neverblue) continues to be a respected network that’s been around the industry for over ten years consistently delivering high-quality traffic.
15	oneNetworkDirect GO TO WEBSITE		oND is still popular but increasingly finds itself over-shadowed by newer digital download networks.
16	TradeDoubler GO TO WEBSITE		Another very strong European network and founded way back in 1999, TradeDoubler has global reach and a great publisher network.
17	zanox GO TO WEBSITE		Perhaps the biggest European network and a partner of Affiliate Window, zanox is less well-known in the USA but has a terrific reputation.
18	Webgains/ad pepper media GO TO WEBSITE		Based in the UK but with an active US office, Webgains tries to stay focused on solid core values.
19	Valuleads GO TO WEBSITE		Founded in 2009, ValuLeads has been seeing a consistent rise in popularity in the BLUE BOOK survey. One to watch.
20	Share Results GO TO WEBSITE		Share Results is a decade-old network, confident enough to invest in developing their own technology and with a loyal set of retail-oriented clients.
